SHIPPING POLICY

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a notification in your registered email id. You will receive an Order Number and details of the teas which you have ordered from us. Do drop us an email at contact@cybertapri.in if you have any queries whatsoever.

All orders received before 10 AM are usually shipped on the same business day. Orders received after this time are shipped the next day. As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with the tracking details of your order as well as link through which you can track your order.

Your order, if domestic, will reach you in 4 to 5 business days. International orders will be delivered with 10 to 12 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped through Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery and E Com Express. All international orders are shipped through FedEx and DHL.

For all orders less than Rs. 250/- a Shipping Fee of Rs. 50/- needs to be paid. Orders equal to and above Rs. 250/- are shipped Free.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders a fee of Rs. 65/- will be charged.

There are times when deliveries are delayed in the case of national or international holidays, bad weather, festivities, natural calamities, regional disturbances and other unanticipated occurrences. At such times our customer care team will get in touch with you and update you with the status of your order. Don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@cybertapri.in if you have any queries whatsoever.

Should you choose to cancel your order you need do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the tea has been shipped from our warehouse it will not be possible for us to cancel your order under any circumstances. Drop us an email at contact@cybertapri.in with your order number requesting the cancellation. For payment refunds please refer to our Refund Policy Page.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We work hard at ensuring that your order reaches you in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. On the off chance if your order is delivered with defective or damaged packaging, short quantity, or considerably different to the product details on our website, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to contact@cybertapri.inwithin 10 days of the purchase. Be sure to mention your order number and attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.

If you happen to receive a damaged gift box, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to contact@cybertapri.in within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to mention your order number and attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ or ‘wrongly sent’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our warehouse we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

Replacement orders will reach you with 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a notification in your registered email id as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Refunds take 7 to 10 business days to be credited to your bank account.
